Dear scientists & friends of the Swiss Virology Meeting

Please find below the registration form for the 11th Swiss Virology Meeting, January 26 & 27, 2027, Bern.
The registration fee is
CHF 300.- for doctoral students
CHF 400.- for PI's, postdocs, lab.technicians, others

The registration fee includes: Participation at the 11th Swiss Virology Meeting for one or two days, coffee breaks, 2 lunch breaks, dinner on 1st evening. A hotel room for 1 night for participants living not close enough from the meeting venue is also included on a first come, first serve base.
Sorry, no deductions just for one day participations or if any of the offered services not used.
There will be a max. capacity of 125 participants. To guarantee your participation we appreciate your booking soon.

With whom would you like to share a double room? If left empty, someone will be assigned to you randomly. FYI: PhD and other students have to share the room. Single rooms will be provided to PI and postdocs, according to availability.

Latest acceptance of abstracts is November 1st, 2026.

Registration is binding. Cancellation without paying the registration fee can only be accepted before November 1st, 2026.
